-Could the Steelers use two running backs in the same backfield?

-Texans nose tackle Shaun Cody is dealing with rib and lung injuries.

-The Titans are expected to start Jake Locker at quarterback this week against the Dolphins. A shoulder injury has sidelined him for six weeks.

-Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was fined $15,750 for a horse collar tackle against Bears defensive back Kelvin Hayden.

-The Dolphins placed cornerback Richard Marshall (back) on injured reserve and claimed defensive back Brandon McDonald off waivers from the Buccaneers.

-In support of their head coach Chuck Pagano's battle with leukemia, several of the Colts' players shaved their heads.

-The Falcons released former Pitt/Woodland Hills fullback Lousaka Polite (right).

-Bears cornerback Charles Tillman could miss Sunday's game against the Texans due to the birth of his fourth child.

-The Packers placed linebacker Nick Perry (wrist) on injured reserve and activated former Penn State tight end Andrew Quarless (knee) from the physically unable to preform list.

-The Eagles placed offensive lineman Todd Herremans (foot) on injured reserve.

-The Cardinals placed linebacker O'Brien Schofield (ankle) on injured reserve.
