Skate update -- Feb. 24

The Penguins are on the ice at Consol Energy Center for their morning skate in advance of tonght's home game against Tampa Bay. Everyone is accounted for except injured center Evgeni Malkin. We will see if we can get any further details about his status.

The lines are a little different than we expected, with James Neal on Sidney Crosby's line.

Without Malkin, the top power-play unit has Paul Martin and Kris Letang at the points with forwards Crosby, Neal and Chris Kunitz. The second unit has Matt Niskanen on one point, Dustin Jeffrey and Simon Despres alternating at the other, with forwards Brandon Sutter, Beau Bennett and Tyler Kennedy.
