Goalie Marc-Andre Fleury will make his third consecutive start when the Penguins face New Jersey today at 1:08 p.m. at the Prudential Center in Newark.
At the very least, that's an affirmation that, as well as Tomas Vokoun has played this season, Fleury remains the Penguins' go-to goalie.
"The schedule has dictated, with back-to-back games and three-in-four-(days) that it almost was 50-50 through a number of games," Penguins coach Dan Bylsma said this morning. "The schedule now, with what we've had the last week, has been a chance for Marc to put some games together. Certainly, he's played well and played some good games."
Devils goalie Martin Brodeur, by the way, will be making his 1,200th career appearance this afternoon.
