Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins forward Chad Kolarik (right) scored two goals for the Eastern Conference in a 7-6 loss to the Western Conference at the AHL All-Star Classic in Providence, R.I.

Kolarik, the only Penguins player to participate in the contest, scored in the first and second periods. He was acquired last week in a trade which sent right winger Benn Ferriero to the Connecticut Whale.

Right winger Beau Bennett was selected for the game but did not play due to an undisclosed injury.

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins' next game is at home against the Manchester Monarchs, 7:05 p.m.
