If the fight off of the opening faceoff Sunday between Penguins winger Tanner Glass and New York winger (and former Penguin) Arron Asham was a setup, it apparently wasn't orchestrated by Glass.

Sure, Penguins coach Dan Bylsma and Rangers coach John Tortorella included those players in the starting lineup. But Glass somehow missed the pregame directive from Bylsma, who noticed Glass seated on the bench when it was time for the starters to lineup on the ice for the national anthem. Bylsma had to shoo Glass onto the ice after telling him that he was indeed a starter, even though he is not usually on Evgeni Malkin's line.
