The Penguins are believed to have only two players competing overseas.

Center Evgeni Malkin is with Metallurg Magnitogrosk in the Kontinental Hockey League, and defenseman Kris Letang just signed with SKA St. Petersburg there a few days ago.

It should take Malkin and Letang at least a couple of days to get back here now that the frameowrk of a new collective bargaining is in place to end the NHL's labor dispute.

Forwards Tanner Glass and Dustin Jeffrey, along with defenseman Deryk Engelland, have played in Europe during the lockout, but all are in North America now.
