Word from the NHL and NHLPA is that there won't be a collective bargaining session today. However, the two sides appear ready to meet Monday. The agenda for that meeting, at this point, is unknown.
The union ought to at least be well-informed. Informational sessions with the NHL regarding the league's latest proposal, submitted last week, wrapped up this morning. The union then spent the bulk of the day in internal meetings.
The session on New Year's Eve day is expected to be in New York. Anybody have any resolutions they would like to project onto the meetings?
