Malkin shut out

Evgeni Malkin was held pointless for the second consecutive game as Metallurg Magnitogorsk lost to Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk, 3-2, in a Kontinental Hockey League game today.

He did, however, record five shots on goal and win 24 of 34 faceoffs while logging 25 minutes, 33 seconds of ice time.
