I'm sure some of you have seen this, but for those that haven't, take a look at Alfredo R. Berrios' piece for ESPN.com on Roberto Clemente and the final days before his death.

Barrios details his memories of Clemente playing in the Puerto Rican winter league, with Johnny Bench and against Dusty Baker. Clemente's style of play stuck with him. The article also features input from people associated with the winter leagues who knew Clemente, as well as Manny Sanguillen.

It's interesting to read that Clemente was not universally beloved, and to hear about his off-the-field exploits in greater detail.
