I pass along this note from Michael, who voted for the NL rookie of the year award this season. His ballot was as follows:
1. Wade Miley, LHP, Diamondbacks
2. Bryce Harper, OF, Nationals
3. Todd Frazier, INF, Reds
Here are the official results. Harper won with 16 first-place votes.
Pirates fans will want to pay attention on Thursday, when the NL MVP winner is announced. Andrew McCutchen will rank high in the voting.
