-Peter Delmas made 44 saves for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 1-0 shutout of the Fort Wayne Komets.

College Basketball

-Tray Woodall has 25 points and leads Pitt past Saint John's 63-47.

-"I tell our guys all the time, the key to this all is to get better every day." - Duquesne coach Jim Ferry on his team's 1-12 conference record.

-Rasheed Sulaimon had 27 points for No. 6 Duke which beat Boston College, 89-68.

-Trey Burke scored 19 points for No. 7 Michigan in a 71-58 win against Illinois.

-Aaron Craft scored 21 points for No. 18 Ohio States in a 68-60 defeat of No. 4 Michigan State.
