-Lamar Patterson had 17 points for Pitt in a 68-64 win against Providence.
-Duquesne hosts Saint Louis tonight.
-No. 3 Kansas got 12 points from Travis Releford and held off No. 11 Kansas State, 59-55.
-Ryan Arcidiacono scored 15 points for Louisville which knocked off No. 5 Louisville, 73-64.
-Keith Appling had 19 points for No. 13 Michigan State whch edged Wisconsin, 49-47.
-Deshaun Thomas scored 16 points for No. 14 Ohio State in a 72-63 win against Iowa.
-Devin Thomas had 25 points for Wake Forest which upset No. 18 North Carolina State, 86-84.
-Earnest Ross scored 21 points for No. 22 Missouri in a 71-65 win against South Carolina.
-Francisco Liriano has a broken bone in his right arm.
-Cincinnati is expected to get the 2015 All-Star Game.
-Cardinals wide receiver and Pitt product Larry Fitzgerald was named as an injury replacement to the Pro Bowl.
-The Cardinals hired former Steelers assistants Harold Goodwin and Tom Moore.
-NFL commisioner Roger Goodell reinstated Saints head coach Sean Payton.
