-Andy Dalton threw for 211 yards and two touchdowns for the Bengals who beat the Chargers, 20-13.
-Brandon Weeden (right) threw for 364 yards and a touchdown and led the Browns past the Raiders, 20-17.
-A Browns team employee committed suicide at the team's practice facility.
-Tom Brady threw for 238 yards and a touchdown to lead the Patriots past the Dolphins, 23-16.
-Dolphins offensive lineman Jake Long suffered a triceps injury.
-Matt Schaub threw for 207 yards and two touchdowns for the Texans who beat the Titans, 24-10.
-Ryan Fitzpatrick threw three touchdowns and led the Bills past the Jaguars, 34-18.
-Donnie Avery's 14-yard touchdown reception on the final play of regulation gave the Colts a 35-33 win against the Lions.
-Peyton Manning threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns for the Broncos in a 31-23 defeat of the Buccaneers.
-Greg McElroy came off the bench and threw for 29 yards and a touchdown to lead the Jets past the Cardinals, 7-6.
-Aaron Rodgers threw for 286 yards and a touchdown and led the Packers to a 23-14 win against the rival Vikings.
-A 13-yard touchdown reception in overtime by Sidney Rice gave the Seahawks past the Bears, 23-17.
-A 54-yard field goal in overtime by Greg Zuerlein gave the Rams a 16-13 win against the 49ers.
-Tony Romo (right) threw for 303 yards and three touchdown to lead the Cowboys past the rival Eagles, 38-33.

-West Virginia will face Syracuse in the Pinstripe Bowl.

-Penguins owner Ron Burkle and Sidney Crosby (right) are expected to participate in a players/owners "only" meeting between the NHL and NHLPA Tuesday in New York.
-Other owners expected to take part in the meeting include Jeremy Jacobs (Boston), Jeffrey Vinik (Tampa Bay), Larry Tannenbaum (Toronto), Mark Chipman (Winnipeg) and Murray Edwards (Calgary).
-NHL commissioner Gary Bettman and NHLPA executive director Donald Fehr will not be part of the meeting.
