-Tom Brady had 332 yards passing and three touchdowns for the Patriouts who routed the rival Jets, 49-19.

-Shayne Graham's 32-yard field goal in overtime gave the Texans a 34-31 win against the Lions.

-Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph missed the game due to a hamstring injury.

-Robert Griffin III threw for 311 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Redskins past the rival Cowboys, 38-31.

-Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin suffered a hip injury.

-The Jaguars placed quarterback Blaine Gabbert (forearm) and wide receiver Laurent Robinson (concussion) on injured reserve.

-Buccaneers wide receiver Arrelious Benn was placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury.

College Football

-Pitt running back Ray Graham (right) will have to deal with his brother, Rutgers linebacker Khaseem Greene, Saturday.

-West Virginia's secodnary has struggled.

-Matthew Tucker rushed for two touchdowns to lead TCU past No. 18 Texas, , 20-13.

College Basketball

-Pitt center Steven Adams has hit a few roadblocks.

-No. 2 Louisville got 16 points from Russ Smith and held off Northern Iowa, 51-46.

-Seth Curry scored 25 points for No. 5 Duke which beat Minnesota, 89-71.

-Laurence Bowers scored 19 points for No. 13 Missouri which beat Stanford, 78-70.

-Elias Harris and Kelly Olynyk each netted 13 points for No. 17 Gonzaga which beat Clemson, 57-49.

-Treveon Graham scored 26 points to lead VCU to a 78-65 upset of No. 19 Memphis.

Penguins/NHL
