-Bilal Powell rushed for 42 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Jets past the Rams, 27-13.
-Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola left the game due to a heel injury.
-Drew Brees (right) threw for 219 and three touchdowns for the Saints who beat up the Raiders, 38-17.
-Despite five interceptions by Matt Ryan, the Falcons beat the Cardinals, 23-19.
-Aaron Rodgers threw for 236 and two touchdowns and led the Packers to a 24-20 win against the Lions.
-Josh Freeman threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns for the Buccaneers in a 27-21 overtime win against the Panthers.
-Robert Giffin III threw for 200 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Redskins past the Eagles, 31-6.

-Elias Harris scored 16 points for No. 19 Gonzaga which beat South Dakota, 96-58.
-Gary Harris scored 19 points for No. 21 Michigan State which beat Texas Southern, 69-41.
-No. 22 Wisconsin got 18 points from Ben Brust in a 73-40 drubbing of Cornell.
-Shabazz Napier had 29 points for No. 23 Connecticut which held off Quinnipiac in double overtime, 89-83.
-Sean Kilpatrick had 29 points for No. 24 Cincinnati which routed North Carolina A&T, 93-39.
-Negotiations between the NHL and NHLPA are scheduled to resume today in New York.
-Evgeni Malkin had two goals and an assist for Metallurg Magnitogork which beat Barys Astana, 5-3, in Russia's KHL.
