-After missing the first five games of the series due to an undisclosed injury, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton defenseman Brian Strait could return for tonight's Game 6 against the St. John's IceCaps in their Calder Cup Eastern Conference quarterfinal series.

-Evgeni Malkin had a goal for Russia which defeated Denmark, 3-1 in the IIHF World Championships.

-Malkin's goal:

-According to the Newark Star-Ledger, Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final will be held Monday.

-"What I lived through this season I wouldn't wish to an enemy…" - Flyers goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov.

-Will Flyers forward and former Penguins captain Jaromir Jagr test the free agent market again?

-The Ducks signed coach Bruce Boudreau to a two-year contract extension. The contract runs through the 2014-15 season. Taking over in midseason, Boudreau led Anaheim to a 27-23-8 record in 2010-11.
