			<description>Jamie Dixon has been pleased with the defense thus far, but he keeps saying there is a long way to go. I think you'll see the team close out on 3-point shooters better as the season goes on. They are still working on chemistry issues and communicating with each other. But giving up 50 points per game is a pretty good start and I think they'll get better.  - R_Fittipaldo</description>

			<description>Ray,

 I love all these posts that you are putting out.  Pitt basketball is my #1 sports passion but with no hockey and the Steeler season looking shaky because of Ben's injury, its in the forefront even more.

The defense has definately looked better than last year - especially on the perimeter.  Not like the days of Page, Knight and Brown - but better.

I just wish they wold stop leaving shooters wide open in the corner when a player is penetrating from the opposite side. Are they trying to help too much in those situations? - Big Lar</description>
