As we know, there could be a significant amount of transfers between now and the beginning of fall camp in August. As the spring semester begins, there is only one, and it's the guy who you thought would transfer for sure. Yes, running back Curtis Dukes.

Dukes had the most rushing yards of any returning Penn State running back in 2011. Yet he rarely played in 2012, rushing for 98 yards on 26 carries.

On the subject of running backs, who is the guy you thought was second-most likely to transfer? Bill Belton, right? Well he's still here for now (and he's said publicly during the season that he planned to not transfer). And O’Brien said one of his goals for the next season was to find different ways to get Bill Belton involved.

“I’m going to try along with a lot of other guys, figure out different ways to use these guys,” O’Brien said.
