A little over a week before the first game and Penn State's roster remains in flux. For Penn State fans, though, the latest changes are positive.

This morning, kicker Kevin DiSanto was added to the roster. DiSanto is a sophomore who played at State College High School. The Centre Daily Times wrote that DiSanto kicked four field goals and had 20 extra points as a senior.

Gary Wooten, a linebacker, is also coming to Penn State, according to Blue White Illustrated. Wooten, a three-star recruit coming out of high school in 2011, had offers from Vanderbilt, UMass and Florida International. He did not play anywhere this last year.
