Penn State has added its first recruit since the NCAA levied sanctions against the program last month. Washington D.C. defensive back Jordan Smith has committed, according to Penn State's Rivals affiliate Blue-White Illustrated.
Smith, who is 6-0, 180, is rated as a two-star recruit. He is now the 10th commit in Penn State's recruiting class and its second defensive back.
