It appears that in addition to losing its top running back, Penn State will also lose its top wide receiver. Justin Brown, who had 35 receptions for 517 yards last year, will transfer to Oklahoma, according to a report by ESPN's Joe Schad.
He is the ninth player to transfer so far and, along with running back Silas Redd and punter-kicker Anthony Fera, one of the more serious departures.
