Defensive lineman Greg Webb has de-committed from Penn State and has committed to North Carolina, according to Rivals National recruiting analyst Mike Farrell.
Oral commitments are non-binding, and it is not uncommon for recruits to de-commit at any point before national signing day. Webb is the first member of Penn State's 2013 class to de-commit.
Webb's teammate Dajuan Drennon joined him in committing to North Carolina.

I am sure there will be a few more. I also suspect some other coaches are badgering some of the early PSU "commits" to reconsider.
